I bought my first CH product in Las Vegas Cesar Palace it was a fluer de lis the consumer service was amazing not too pushy but was there when needed allowed me to compare with multiple products and allowed me to try on. The craftsmen ship of the store was amazing loved the atmosphere.

Great video Fam. I cannot agree with you more on how people should try to purchase directly from the stores. I was able to order my wedding band (floral cross ring with diamond in the center) via phone order from the NY store back in 2004. There are so many fakes out there and CH doesn't really authenticate their jewelry even if you take it to the stores to confirm. I also noticed that prices in Korea were a lot more expensive than in the US. I would say at least 15 20% more expensive.
