yes it is. you are talking about the international unlocked version. The AT&T version doesn't have the red accents or the red capacitive buttons in the bottom.

I believe that, quite often, people talk very fast on these videos, and you must remember that some of us are not native speakers, but even if we were, I still think it's way too fast. Also, it'd be a good idea to display information on the screen, as they are often many details to remember (especially the specifications of the gadgets). Just two ideas to think about. Thanks!
