How to Schedule Reels on Instagram with Meta Business Suite

Scheduling reels ahead of time on Instagram is one of the many great features of the Meta Business Suite. It is easy to do and lets you plan and keep everything organized on one calendar.

For those having the issue where it says you can only schedule on Facebook and not Instagram: it only works after you schedule your first reel on FB. I suggest you to schedule something random on FB, and then you'll be able to schedule on both!

I don't know why but, I can't schedule any video(reel), I do exactly what he is doing but when I'm in the page where he is at 2:48, the video doesn't show there and don't gets published. Does anyone has the solution for this? Thanks

I'm having the same issue as a few others.. and I dont see a reply with a solution yet. I can schedule a "post" on my instagram through Meta Business Suite and it works fine. But when I try to schedule a Reel... I follow the same steps and it doesn't work. Doesn't show up in the planner and doesn't post when I scheduled it to. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?? IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE IN THE SETTINGS I AM MISSING HERE? I'M LOSING MY MIND!

Hi. Whenever I schedule reels using Meta Business suite the outcome is usually pixelated. But when I schedule using the Instagram app on my phone, it's ok. Please what can I do to make this better? I have clients so I don't have direct access to their IG pages except through Meta Business. Please help out. Any tip will be appreciated. Thanks.

how do you tag collaborators or other relevant accounts when doing a scheduled post?

The only issue with scheduling through the Business Suite is that you lack all the options that the mobile App gives you. All the following are missing: tag other accounts, add message button, add topics, add location, can't rename audio either, etc. So the Meta scheduler is VERY basic and limited unfortunately. Will wait until they've updated it with all of the above. Until then it's useless as it doesn't allow enough reach through those options.

it keeps bringing this error on every video i try to schedule: "Adjust aspect ratio
The selected video doesn't fit within Instagram's accepted aspect ratio range of 4:5 to 16:9. To post to Instagram, please adjust the video's aspect ratio. DO YOU KNOW WHY?

Hi Brian, thanks for the video! I followed the steps but the tools page isn't showing up which doesn't allow me to add text or audio. I also have a business account. Do you know why that would be the case?
