Lone Tree approves new condo development despite noise concerns from airport, FAA

The Centennial airport reported receiving nearly double the number of noise complaints this year compared to last.

How come the escrow does not include warnings that say the airport landing pattern if over their head.

Hopefully the houses won't sell. It's dangerous to build in the flight path, it's NOT just the noise. Please people, just let the buildings sit there, empty.
