this trailer is horrible so here the ending and the ending cliffhanger.
She is shot the lady feels bad, gets back in the car to write up the report sees she is now infected and roll credits

This is actually a surprisingly good movie. Both the two main characters are well-fleshed out by the actresses. Additionally, it has effective creepiness and genuine suspense. I'd even watch it again on one of my 'couch-potato days.'
