If you want to disable the control center from the lock screen of your iPhone so that other persons like hackers won't be able to turn on airplane mode or use the settings of your iPhone what you do is go to "settings". Scroll down and then you will go to "Face ID and Passcode". You have to enter your passcode. After that if you scroll down there is an option here "control center" which is allowed when screen is locked. So disable this option and now let me lock my iPhone.

Now once I lock my iPhone if I try to open the control center you see that the control center won't be open. So if the control center is not open that means hackers won't be able to enable airplane mode and you will still be able to trace your phone.
