Ingredients
● 1 bowl curd
● 5-6 tsp Possible Millet Idli Mix
● ½ bowl water
● 1tsp oil
● 2 tsp Mustard seeds
● ¼ cup Urad dal
● ¼ Chana dal
● 4-5 curry leaves
● ½ bowl chopped onion
● 1 tsp chopped green chillies
● ½ bowl chopped carrot
● ½ bowl grated beetroot
● 1 tsp salt
● ½ bowl boiled potato
● 4 tsp grated coconut
Method
● Take curd in a pot
● Add Possible Millet Idli Mix and water to it
● Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes
● Heat oil in a pan
● Add mustard seeds, urad and chana dal in it
● Add curry leaves, onions, green chillies
● Add carrot & beetroot
● Saute well
● Add salt, boiled potato, coconut
● Cook and let it cool
● Take the idli batter & put half scoops in mould
● Put a spoonful of stuffing over the batter
● Cover it with some more batter
● Steam for 10 mins & serve hot!
