I owe you so much! I'm in my 60's, HR for my current company for 23 years. I resigned as the work environment became so toxic I couldn't stand it any longer; many announced their resignations after mine. I did a two-week, deep dive on your videos regarding resumes/LinkedIn--almost analysis paralysis. With the LinkedIn updates, I was contacted by three recruiters in the past week. I used your free resume template and created a new resume. I submitted my new resume to two different postings this week. I was contacted immediately by both companies. I had two phone interviews this week for those roles and have in-person interviews scheduled next week for those roles. And, yes--I do have 23 years of experience on my resume and used the 15+ years' language in my summary. I showed progression during my tenure with my 23-year employer and that's what drew the recruiters. I haven't had to do a resume in over 20 years. Your guidance was invaluable. Thank you!

After nearly 300 job applications, I never thought ageism could be a thing considering my background and accomplishments. I have tried multiple resume and ATS scoring services with no luck.
