I thought I knew most CapCut features now but had totally missed the Video Upscaling to HD & UHD feature which is really interesting when all you have is a low res clip to work with.

Ok so a few things. 1. THANK YOU 4 ACTUALLY USING INTERESTING FOOTAGE in your videos which look like something you would actually create or want to create. 2. On the Mobile version there is a whole bank of effects for still images that are just killer. Are they available on desktop? 3. Is there a way to nest & edit multiple timelines like in Premiere Pro or Resolve? 4. Lastly, are there any plans for adding multi cam editing features I shoot a lot of concerts and would love to be able to do so in CapCut. Thanks!

I didn't see the PLAY PENDULUM feature in effects. Did they change the name of it?

It's strange that in latest 2.9.0 desktop version for PC all PRO features are disabled, you can't find them and you can't upgrade to Pro.
