Paramount Global Logo History (featuring ViacomCBS/Viacom)

The second incarnation of Viacom was established on December 31, 2005, after the original incarnation was split into two companies: one which retained the original Viacom name, and another one which was the original Viacom and was reincorporated into CBS Corporation. On December 4, 2019, Viacom and CBS remerged into ViacomCBS. On February 16, 2022, ViacomCBS was officially renamed to Paramount Global, more commonly known simply as Paramount, using the Paramount trademark since 1912.
