The up to 20 years are incorrect. It's 20 years MINIMUM for one count and 5 years MINIMUM for the second. That's according to the sentencing guidelines. The judge may disregard those guidelines however and impose any sentence he thinks appropriate. Given Duggar's past history, which he can take into account I see Josh getting a pretty stiff sentence. It will come as a shock to the entire clan as they have always covered for Josh and enabled him to continue to be dispicable.
