I learned her story in EWTN. I've shared it many times to friends trying to conceive a child. What a leader of faith she was and is now. To us who look up to her and try to learn from her virtues.

So.. I prayed and asked God for a sign that I’m pregnant (this would be my first pregnancy and I can’t tell since I haven’t missed my period yet) and shortly after, I looked up “Catholic prayers for a sign of pregnancy” out of curiosity and scrolled down and saw a related question about “what Saint do you pray to when you want to get pregnant” and in bold letters it said Saint Gianna… my name is Gianna 🤯 (still a pretty uncommon name among people my age or older)

and she was a woman doctor/working mom.. I also am a woman doctor

.. still unsure if I’m pregnant with my husband until I take a test in 1-2 weeks but I still think that’s pretty cool, and I’m enjoying learning about St Gianna, whom I just discovered today in this way! Thanks for the beautiful video ❤️ it gave me goosebumps

I’m on a St. Gianna rabbit hole and came across this. Can’t believe the little similarities I have with her. She was married at 33 to an engineer in September. I got married at 32 to an engineer in September. She is a doctor and I work in IT with doctors and provide support and advocate for them. She was the old school yet modern woman who was a career boss but loving wife and mother. I’ve always wanted a daughter with a name that was similar to Mia but Gia for Gianna is actually fitting. Anyhoo, I am so grateful to have found St. Gianna and I am praying for all of us women who are wanting to have healthy babies. ❤❤❤❤❤

I always think of that dramatic moment when I will become a saint. There may not be a dramatic moment. I should live every day like a saint but I am so easily distracted by everything around me.
