Dahil sa ganda ng gearing at lambot ng clutch lever, kinailangan ko iclarify sa Honda PH kung may slipper clutch yung bike. At ayun wala pa daw slipper clutch to 👍

I have this bike here in Indonesia with 6000 km on it. Everyday I ride it, I am pleasantly surprised with the whole package. This should be the bike of the year for our Asian roads! The bike is very comfortable, the rider ergonomics are spot on for my 75 kgs and 178 cm height. The suspension is actually not bad, it is balanced, well sprung and has decent dampening. The handling is still sporty as the bike sits on 17 inch rims. The engine produces enough power for my roads, it makes enough torque at lower rpm so you don't need to rev to the red line to get most of the engine. This actually matches the non racer style of the bike. My Yamaha MT15 makes more power, but at higher rpm. Brakes are fine on the bike, all the controls are nice and smooth. The styling is nice and modern, sitting upright provides for a good visibility. Here where I live the bike costs about $2300, it really is a great price for such a nice bike.

The negatives: Engine has no paper/replaceable oil filter, just internal oil pump screen (I do oil changes often). The side stand is too short, easy fix now as there are several longer available. The factory tires are strictly for the street, I have a set of "adv" tires, and the bike does well in mud and sand now. No skid plate, just a silver plastic fearing.

My mods: One tooth plus up front, this dropped my cruising rpm by 500, at about 6000 rpm (nice and relaxed engine) I indicate 75 km/h. Longer side stand. Swallow SB117 tires. I increased the front oil level by 50 cc to stiffen the front forks a little. At 178 cm, i installed 20 mm bar risers and larger foot pegs (for riding standing up in dirt). Soft bags and luggage rack for them.

I have ridden all my life from 1000 cc sport bikes to this CB150x. I have now CRF150l, MT15, Royal Enfield 350 and the CB150x. This is a great little bike for basically everything.

As someone who uses a CB150R na same engine nya. City riding is around 45kpl.

I have to agree with Boss Jao's point on the ABS part. Since isa tong motor na to sa pinapipilian ko bilang unang motor ko, the lack of even a single channel ABS is a deal breaker. Kung non-beginner ka siguro okay lang yun pero for me, I need the extra safety features talaga since I'm only starting out pa. I hope na magkaroon siya ng ABS Variant once dumating na yung inaantay namin na pera since ginawa na ni Honda yun sa CBR150R, mas naging mas magaan sa loob yung mataas na presyo kasi mas maraming features.

I’m into sports bike talaga e. But since I was planning to settle down around CDO (where my bisaya gf located) I think, I fall inlove with adventure bikes together with the beauty of Mindanao. Dili man comfy i pang Bukidnon tong bikes ko. So I’m planning to buy my first ever adventure bike. And I think where I know to start. Might this one or 390Adv. 🙏❤️
