An A.R.Rahman cover made by voice, mouth and body only, from Yash Chopra's last film "Jab Tak Hai Jaan", lyrics by Gulzar and sung by Neeti Mohan.. This song is also my best part of the movie, starring Shahrukh Khan and Anushka Sharma.. Would like to think of it as Yash Chopra's last message to earth: Jiya Re :)

I don't know why so many people find it strange that they don't know what the words mean and yet enjoy the song. This is music. Music has no need of conveying semantics. You listen to all instrumental songs and derive joy. One can either ignore the words or listen to their sound, how they punctuate the rhythms, and enjoy the music just as much as if you knew the meaning. Music is, at first, rhythm, then tone. Language is the final and most unnecessary layer.

Just wow, It's astounding how music knows no boundaries. Here I am listening to a bollywood song covered by a talented guy from a totally different part of the world. Your hindi accent is also not bad at all. And that acapella is just magnificent. I salute you sir. Those dislikers are just constipating over how good you are

A.R. Rehman sir must be thinking why do i need so many instruments to compose a music when a single man can do it without any off this man..He is a genius....

This is great! Couldn't figure out why it was familiar til I realized that the video of the original was on the Indian equivalent of MTV that was on in an Indian restaurant I had eaten in a couple months back. I was singing along then, and I'm singing along now!!!
