Fully automatic pressure booster for simalube lubricators

The simalube IMPULSE is a fully automatic, electromechanical pressure booster for simalube lubricators. A dispensing time between 1 and 12 months is set on the simalube lubricator, which supplies the system with lubricant.

The pressure booster transforms the continuous flow of lubricant from the simalube into lubrication bursts of about 0.5 ml in volume and a pressure of up to 10 bar. This feature is monitored by a logic controller that has a blinking LED display (green/red) to indicate the current operating mode. Power is supplied by a replaceable battery pack. The pressure booster can be reused multiple times.
