Michael Madsen's portrayal of Mr. Blonde, also known as Vic Vega, in Quentin Tarantino's "Reservoir Dogs" is considered one of his most memorable and iconic performances.

Quentin Tarantino, known for his unconventional and daring casting choices, saw in Madsen the perfect blend of charisma, intensity, and unpredictability required for the character of Mr. Blonde. Madsen's rugged looks, deep voice, and imposing presence added a layer of menace and raw energy to the role.

Madsen's performance as Mr. Blonde was characterized by a chilling calmness juxtaposed with explosive violence. In the infamous torture scene, Madsen demonstrated his ability to switch between charismatic charm and sadistic brutality, leaving an indelible impact on audiences. His portrayal of Mr. Blonde's unpredictable and unhinged nature became one of the most talked-about aspects of the film.

He made the right call. His "Stuck in the Middle with You" scene is one of the most iconic scenes in cinema history. I can't imagine anybody but him torturing poor Marvin.

Michael Madsen was the PERFECT Mr. Blonde!!
The dance, pulling the razor out of his boot, cutting the ear off 😵 and then talking into the ear, "Can you hear me?" Sublime acting!

"There was nobody known in it..." - His people didn't seem to know their stuff, as Harvey Keitel was a famous character actor for 20 years by then already.
