The Manfrotto clamp can be bought separately if you already have a regular or mini tripod, as the clamp has a universal screw-in socket. "Ergonomics" is the word you were looking for to describe the improved adaptability the clamp and pod give the human handler🖐😉

You guys edited out the part where you put the phone in the clamp. I wanted to see if you have to screw it down to clamp it, or if it is a quick retracting style.
