Jim Ross is the voice I'll always associate with the Attitude Era, but for the late 80s through the early 90s, it'll always be Gorilla Monsoon.

The deaths of Andre and Gorilla really effected Vince as he had rare special friendships with both. Possibly Pat Patterson as well

I remember watching Wrestlemania 15, they were having that brawl for all event, they had the judges to determine who would win it, gorilla monsoon was one of the judges. We were shocked to see him so thin and losing all that weight. We knew something was wrong with him, he had cancer and died later that year. Rest well gorilla.

If his health were better, he would have gladly been featured more often on programming
