I’m so confused y’all. Y’all are acting surprised this thing is 52k, but the manual Integra is about 8k more than the si, and the type s is 8k more than the type r. How much y’all thought they were gonna price type s? The same as the type r? Not to mention Acura is the fancier version of the Honda, and will have more features than the type r. Most of y’all are slow…the pricing makes perfect sense

If this car is not available the way it is in all regions I don't think if it will sell very well.
Needs to be sold in the same shape and form wheather if its under Honda or Acura, or make acura available all over Europe and asia as an acura brand. They need to expand their acura brand instead of keeping it in US alone.

Acura is will be more desireable to buy as it has a unique stand as a car and brand.

All the cars that acura has produced lately are Beautiful

Imagine if Acura sold a type S sub-compact hatch or two door roadster. Acura Mintegra (mini-integra). If they are having to charge so much, perhaps produce cars that are smaller and use less materials. better power to weight, charge less, also fills gaps in the Honda/Acura lineup. In my opinion the last cool hatchback (Honda's roots) was the GE8 fit. If only they offered a type R or Acura type S counterpart. It would compete well against the other hot hatches in the segment.

Nice heads up. I was online well in advance and saw the reservation go live 6 minutes prior to announcement time. Still had no chance to actually reserve. Can’t help but wonder if dealers or insiders were given a head start. Pair this with my horrific dealership experience with type r and I have to give up on Honda Motors. Tricks and dealer lies are no way to go. Nice way to collect data however so kudos to the marketers.

Would be cool if the seats matched the aesthetic... It's just a Type-R (good) with worse seats (bad).

Marketing to one of the poorest generations in decades with dozens of anime rollouts and then price it $52K...LOL

0:17 As a buyer of the (6MT Integra 2023) what I have to say is this. The car looks wonderful, and it's making great power with an engine that can hold more. However, creature comforts are very much lacking. For starters, no powered seat/cool/massage, no power windows, no powered trunk, no hood struts just a pop rod. You also lose your sunroof (which the last type S did have so, IDC about "Weight.") Your middle seat, UBS Ports. The Other Type S lineup doesn't have these problems and they offer AWD, to be fair tho the Integra is offered in a 6MT. But if 52K is your budget, then there are other cars that can do the same, but better. Personally, instead of paying 15K more for the Type S I'll wait for it to get better or, when I'm done with payments I'll engine swap my car with the Type R engine and tranny. For under 15k, partially gut it, SIMEA widebody kit, Rims, etc. I hope other people can stop fawning over it, and begin Acura to improve it. (And not alone in saying "it should have been a coupe" Rather, show the rest of the Unit states that Hatchbacks/Sedans can be awesome if we don't cut corners. look at a fully loaded SUV to a fully loaded sedan. Acura please do better.

Too bad dealer mark up at every dealer near me and its already priced really shitty.

I'll gladly buy the Integra Type S over anything else that's more expensive, less reliable, and not going to be anywhere near as fun as this.

Acura has me sold on getting my hands on Integra Type S. Then again, I can afford to pay to play to get my hands on an Integra Type S. That's what I do.

Unfortunately the price kills the car... not worth the $52k MSRP. Many other options in that price range.

this thing isn't worth 7k more than the already over priced Type R.

Is it just me or did the "integra" type s make the tlx type s the dumbest buy in history? At $51k and $55k. For $51k you get more room, faster time, better performance, a manual, and so on. For $55k you get less room, more weight, a fake AWD, I'm confused. What's the point in the tlx type s?

It's criminal that you don't control the pricing on your own product so that it can become more attainable for everyone else, or at least announce that you'll be producing a tonne of them so that you flood the Market with such an amazing machine and dealers can't mark up because there's so many in the market. If you chose to mass produce, you can't even fathom how many people would love you for that. Do better.

Whenever y'all come out with AWD automatic and add about 100 more horsepower lemme know. This ain't it...

This is like the Type R. They will sell just a few so they can advertise hot cars, when in truth Honda is all about boring low cost to make cars now.
