In case someone can't follow this:

1. If you haven't turned it on go to your user settings, down to advanced and turn on Developer Mode
2. Go to your server settings -> roles click on the three dots to the right of the role and Copy ID
3. To embed the role do <@&1234567890> where 1234567890 is the ID you've just copied.

If you want to cheat then set up streamcord on your discord, go to the dashboard on their website, add a notification and then choose insert role mention and then you can copy the code directly from there.
