This is how the British Empire could have collapsed or been drastically reduced in size just after the conclusion of the Great War. Welcome to Project Kaisertum Episode 4, where the timeline starts with Germany winning the Great War by capturing Paris in 1914.

The British found themselves on the losing side of the war, and although the Irish rebellion called the Easter Rising in 1916 was crushed by Britain, it inspired anti-British sentiment around the world.

This failed Irish rebellion becomes a symbol for freedom fighters against the British around the world, with the cloverleaf becoming a symbol against British imperialism.

The thing is, Pakistan as a concept didn't even exist before 1933, the muslims in the British raj considered themselves as Indians and didn't want a separate state so the idea of "Pakistani" rebels wouldn't exist before 1930's and following this series i think the year is at around the mid 1920's, 10 years after the great war possibly, but anything after that is unlikely so yea

South Africa was largely British so I feel like either Rhodesia wouldn’t be annexed but rather made independent as it was mostly British (in terms of whites) or Natal would remain South African, strengthening British demographics in South Africa.

I'm Brazilian, and the idea of Brazil invading British Guyana is actually not unrealistic at all. A few years prior to WWI, we lost the territory of Pirara to the British, and it was a strategically important strip of land in Guyana that granted access to the Caribbean. So in a scenario where Britain is defeated in WWI it would make a lot of sense to invade Guyana
