Looks like it could be a Share Boat. They might be on a schedule to get back to base for the next Sharer. But could easily damage other boats paint work on the way. Looking at the forecast could save this.

Not only damaging their own blacking but all the boats they pass. Also all those pieces skating across the unbroken edges will freeze and cause double thickness ice. These guy must of had to move.

Irresponsible boating. Pushing big thick slabs of thick ice into other boats. Can easily sink a boat with thin steel
