Noob Trucker in the UK, bringing other new drivers the heads up on what its really like as a new driver. I've been a over the road (otr) owner operator for the past thirty years. My understanding of the term means just that your always over the road, driving or sleeping your constantly in your truck.
I do also regional transport which means iam home a couple of times during the week, while a otr driver is gone for a week or months at a time.
Love the vlog! its interesting to see what other driver's have to deal with.

My understanding of OTR is “on the road” and the welded sheets are usually called “mesh” by site workers.

Should’ve had some corner protectors or atleast some rubber packs on that rebar. I move steel on a daily basis and dvsa pull up on it everytime. Good video nonetheless👍🏻
