End x Saucony Progrid Triumph 4 'Nessie': Review & On-Feet

End and Saucony recently teamed up to release this beautiful homage to the legendary Loch Ness Monster in Scotland. Designing this Progrid Triumph 4 to incorporate dark blue mesh, hairy suede layers and textured nubuck akin to Nessie's scales - these are a beautiful example of a creative but well thought out collab. Copped. These are absolutely outstanding in-hand ngl. I've tried Mizuno before with the Sky Medal, but was unconvinced by the shape and fit of the shoe.

This shoe was my first Saucony shoe and I will definitely be keeping an eye on Saucony from now on. They first caught my attention with the Omni Progrid 9 'Crystal Cave', and the highsnobiety x triumph 4.

Glad you review other brands from time to time. Don’t have a pair of Saucony’s, but usually like END collabs. Like the color-way and subtleness of this shoe, If I see these in hand might just scoop them up.

I love teal and I thought the colourway was 🔥too. Was so surprised to actually win an End raffle, but then pretty much all the sizes are still sitting. Glad these didn't have any hype behind them so I could grab a pair. Wore them straight away. Very comfortable, lightweight, although the mesh panels feel quite thin compared to other brands

Saucony don’t miss, personally don’t love the pro grid triumph 4 silhouette massively myself but the colourway material and theme is always on point

Great review Sean. I'm on the fence on these. They are really nice, but I keep ordering shoes in various shades of Green and not sure if I need another pair lol. You left one question unanswered though - do you believe in the Loch Ness Monster?
