You pretty optimistically take 10% as return value for deposit in bank. Good luck on finding a bank which actually will pay you 10% interest on deposited money. More likely is to get 3-4% before the administation tax of the bank and if you account the inflation - in best case you gain no purchasing power and more likely you lose some.
