Please note in Q2 of PYQ's characteristic equation is lambda^3 -4lambda-12 =0 & one of the eigenvalue is lambda= 2.86225 which belongs to the interval [2, 3].

Ma'am in last second question when we don't have diagonally dominant matrix then we cannot say about its non convergence. We have to check the modulus of the eigen values of the iterated matrix and if all are less then 1 then only it converges..
I'm I correct ma'am??
