😐it feels like now they don’t do some toy story toys like the old ones, woody doesn’t have a vest or Badge, buzz doesn’t have moving legs or wings or laser that is just sad

I just got one of these. Obviously this was a budget model. But, i really think that that head sculpt is one of the most beautifully done stock head sculpts I've seen. Honestly, i even like the expression.

On the one hand i like that this Woody doesn’t have dropping eyelets, but on the other I think they could’ve done something a little better. Speaking of which, they REALLY could’ve done EVERYTHING ELSE 100 times better! Maybe giving it a better shaped vest? Or a hat that does fits his head better? Even some better phrases? I don’t know.

It’s a shame that Thinkway is doing this specially because when they did the Toy Story toys back in 1995, they were a much smaller company, and yet they made a fantastic job with Buzz and Woody. Who knew the cheaply made toys were going to came out 23 years later, and that in countries like Argentina they were going to be 10 times the price they really deserve to be paid for?

The only reason i would buy this is to unstitch it entirely so I could use those parts as templates to make an accurate Woody from scratch. Heck, any type of Woody doll I could think of.

That version is only from Walmart. The ones at target didn’t have pull strings. They had a push button voice box.

Back in September 2019 I used to have this Woody like I bought it from the store afterwards, I was trying to figure out the way of what to do to Woody and I gave it to one kid for his birthday party that I attend to. I honestly would have kept him if I had a chance but for some reason this woody's ain't worth it anyway
