Dog In Stroller Screaming Like A Baby In Public

This french bulldog is appearantly broken or might have lost its mind, screaming in public and not have a care in the world, me ire importantly the way he is screaming rather than barking like normal dogs which makes it ever crazier. 2nd video you see that he always does the same thing when outside the house, he is an attention seeker, all the people on the streets need to see his direction and of course love him. 3rd video see him definitely protesting about being for so long in the house and wanting to go out, such a wonderful cry baby
