Playing Toto is hard. It seams easy, it seams like they (Toto) are playing "light"notes, la-la music, but as a musician, I assure you that they are not, and it's not easy by any stretch of imagination to even pursuit playing most of their songs. Toto are the masters of their domain. If you ever attempted to play any of their songs you must know by now that each and every one is a small master-peace in its own. And their songs are sensual, emotionally charged and intricate. Now, playing a Toto song and MAKING IT YOUR OWN is super hard. You guys not only managed to do that, but you did it with such seaming ease and style, breathing in a whole new life into this timeless classic that one has to stop, take their hat off in salute and congratulate you wholeheartedly. You should be very, very proud of yourselves. I am, often times, disappointed by younger generations for their lack of interest, discipline, willingness to practice and their constant (unwarranted might I say) yearning for instant gratification.... however, you... you bring back faith in young generations in me. You are an inspiration. This....this is fantastic. This is beyond awesome. Keep on playing, keep on loving music and never stop. Never give up. Music brings out the best in people. Evidently. Wow.

This has been one of my favorite videos for the better part of a year. I have watched/listened to it numerous times. I must say that while I adore Cheryl Lynn and "like" the original, I am blown away by this version of it. The girl that sings the lead owns this song. She is by far better than the original. I can no longer listen to Toto's version. I realize it is the original...but it doesn't even come close to this version. Love this!!!
