Super talk! Deepak, you are so right that currently 'integrative medicine' is 'so-called' because as a health care provider and patient I find there are very few practitioners that are actually 'integrating.' Will we ever get there?

Sometimes, when I’m in a truly dark mood, I wish I could be more like Deepak Chora; A soft spoken snake oil salesman with no scruples who exchanges pseudoscience an false hopes for money.  Being soulless seems so easy.

Is it a practical solutions for all age ? I think it's not? Most of the mistakes people do is in young age, and they don't know even they don't want to know .... and as every people know "every solution is a new problem " when you are spending time to complete 2000 steps then how it's possible to do a job or project which take a long time of attention, so it is wishes to don't interapt life or what is happening in besides you ....
