I have used the curly girl method and still use it today. I switched to the curly girl method because I wanted my hair to be healthier and more moisturized. I have seen such improvement in my hair and major growth since using the curly girl method.

I actually have tried it! I did it for about 6-7 months. Had to let it go! I know have a modified version like yourself. I do whatever works for me. I don't use those ingredients for the most part. and I cowash one week and shampoo the other.

Yes i have tried the cg method and i am currently using the cg method. I have been natural for almost 2 years and i have been wearing wash n go's. My hair was always dry and never defined. I stumbled across your video on the curly girl method method and i decided to follow your tips. Using the cg method has saved my hair. I have definition and most of all moisture. Right now i am using v05 to cowash, but i havent found a sulfate free curly girl method approved shampoo. I have low porosity hair and have been on the cg method for 9 months.
