Yeah. That is the M2 Browning in a nutshell. Even after a couple minutes after firing the gun, the barrel is still extremely hot. Hence why the M2 has interchangable barrels. The gun would be fired so long, that soldiers actually had to switch the barrels to stop the gun barrel from melting down. It's insane that the M2 is still in service, even after being introduced during WWII.
