I agree with the list so long as you swap teleportation and super speed. Super speed just has so many implications where as teleportation only has one function.

While invisibility would be useful, I'd say you'd still be walking and even running normal human speed just invisible so if you're main goal is stealth of course go with it but otherwise I think you're sacrificing a ton of mobility from other powers

super speed it 1 for me, can basically teleport bc of how fast ur going, nearly invisible while running bc nb can perceive u, and can easily defend urself from anything

Super speed hands down. You get super strength, accelerated healing, invincibility and you can flying like the flash did using your arms as propellers.
