800 years ago, Rumi said it well "The breezes at dawn have secrets to tell you. Don't go back to sleep!
You must ask for what you really want.
Don't go back to sleep!
People are going back and forth
across the doorsill where the two worlds touch,
The door is round and open
Don't go back to sleep."

This is something to meditate on
This episode was inspiring, thanks guys.

Hey Bedros

This may be a older podcast, though I’m thankful you took the time to post it. My relationship with my partner has been tenfold better since incorporating date night as a fundamental in our relationship.
Which in turn has helped me greatly starting a business.

Very grateful brother 💪🏾💪🏾

Health, Fmaily, and Business. Those three things in that order are the most important as an entrepreneur. Why? If you don't have great health you will never be able to give your all to your family and be the leader they expect from you. If your family isnt shown the love and importance they have in your life you will not be able to make those tough decisions of having to do take the business meeting out of town or the country because you've missed so much quality time with your family and that will be constantly playing on your conscience. The business is what your an entrepreneur for to make the best business in your field and give the best product possible that will stand out the most. They all are the bones, blood, heartbeat, and mind of a true entrepreneur.

Last point of advise has stuck with me because I don't usually do it.
You know I start with a lot of self care work and only after begin the other activities and no needle is moving. I will change that and see how it's going.
Thanks so much guys

Bedros I just discovered you and while I"m not your target audience you work is very helpful and insightful. One comment not meant ot be snarky. Just an observation re: meditation, you said something like "I"m not gonna force myself."
Well my thought (I teach meditation) is what you would say if someone said that about fitness to you.
Meditation may feel very challenging for you as like most driven business men you are a pitta type- and it's hard to do something like sitting still. For you working out is probably your meditation. As you are pitta (fiery type) and rajasic- that means striving, moving, dynamic. You may in 10- 15 years find meditation helpful and bit easier to settle in to.I did really love the observation that the whole "morning routine" thing can get out of hand- and that has been an issue for me. So very helpful!

Thank you so much for this video again! I'm single so I can skip date nights, haha. I think Craig mentioned in another video that one of his mentors told him "go to bed and woke up every day at the same time" and that's been something I've been applying lately. It's hard for me to go to bed at the same time bu after all, they say if you win the morning, you win the day.

Love these videos and the podcast!

My walks have been extending to multiple 2 hour walks on my days off. I need to schedule higher intensity activities so im not wasting 5 hours a day. I need to get my priorities straightened out

Sometimes, it's like you need permission. I know it sounds silly.
The things you guys are saying, I have realized by myself, but for some reason, I have not implemented.
Case in point, the early morning routines that take the first 3+ hours before I ACTUALLY do work. 😮
But hearing it aloud reinforces that that's not the way to go for me.

Daily reading, gratitude, accountability text, and maybe even PT can come after that first hour of power or GetShitDone list.

How do you Integrate this method with very young children. I have a 1 yr old, 4yr old and 8yr old. The baby doesn’t follow routines some days he stays up later than other days. My point is Life is more chaotic with young children. This is great advice but sounds like it’s more tuned for folks with grown children or no Family. I would love to hear a video on Managing time with young kids and having the energy to do so

Interesting and useful.

Going to try it. How does one carve out non-negotiables when you are travelling? If your out of town how do you have date night for example?

Also do people get this working when working for a company instead on own business? Thanks

is it better to read the perfect day formula before the perfect week formula or the perfect week formula before the better day formula?
