First, didn't you just tell us that we don't actually make any decisions? Second, 122 decisions in a day? That seems grossly underestimated. The whole point behind the butterfly effect concept is that the seemingly most insignificant cause can result in major effects. It's not just whether you go to the gym or not, but which clothes you put on, how fast you walk, which foot takes the first step, whether you turned your head left then right or right then left before crossing the street, whether you glanced upward while you were walking, whether you smiled at a stranger, whether you veer right or left when you approach someone head-on.

There are probably near infinite decisions, conscious or otherwise, that could affect your outcome.
