I was just playing with this idea - good to see that an true expert like Kathy confirms that it's profitable. Definitely promising enough to research in detail. It's worth noting that the 3rd standard deviation includes 99.7% of data points, so any close outside that is a true point of interest for a reversion signal. But they do generally happen with news momentum, so as Kathy says, confirmation is vital.

Hi, I tried using these bands before and failed. I really was cluless with this. I do like this lesson and how you set it up.
Would it be possible for you to record a live trade? I would really like to see you entering a trade at the point where you see confirmation and hold it to where you believe it will close.
