Marinate
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt

3 to 4 Tbsp Peanut or Vegetable Oil
1 Large Red Onion, sliced
2 Cinnamon Sticks
3 Star Anise
1 Dried Bay Leaf
2 Cloves
2 Green Cardamon
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
10 pcs Dried Chilies, cut into smaller segments
A small Handful of Fresh or Frozen Curry Leaves
2 Green Chilies, chopped
3 to 4 Tbsp Fresh Coriander
1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
3/4 Cup Water
Sea Salt, to taste
