A clan mate tested it, you can charm werewolves. The advantage of charming one is that you get worker blood during the day and creature blood at night. If you put your Werwolf worker in a coffin and make them a servant, they have the cursed forest loot bonus. Nice for those silk worm farm runs.

Respawn time for npcs is 16 in game hours, which is about 12 real minutes. So if you kill something at 12 midnight, it will respawn at 4pm

Mutated prisoner cannot kill another prisoner. Prisoners are invulneruble as of 1.0

Dominating a worker in Gloomgrave Village produces creature/worker duel purpose blood types. Worker during a day cycle and creature during night ;-)

When a prisoner mutates because of the gruel, i close down the game, restart and you still have your high quality blood prisoner. It is a bit of a hassle but it works.

I saw a single 88% Worker early in my game and I haven't found another worker above 30% since. Now I know it's because I haven't been slaughtering the mines in response to weaklings lol

How to find 100% Blood
Have the mutant soup achievment as your last achievment left
Then, you will automatically find only 100% blood because the game is trolling you

Scholar is my favourite, as I love the spell gameplay. I think rogue is probably second, though, for it's mobility.

Brute is supposed to be good as well, but not used it much yet. I imagine it's more for weapons playstyles though? Although I use my weapons, I tend to favour building for my magic, the majority of the time. Once i get that 100% Scholar blood (only got 79%, so far) Will be going to take on Adam and Dracula (although I would like 100% rogue, too)

I need to get 100% scholar and rogue, so I can play around with strats to beat Adam. I just have 79 and 88, respectively.

I picked up 2 x 90+% Brutes in the Holy Area, while looking for a Scholar. Makes me think the high level zones are the best place to farm high level blood?

PS: I only have a single 100% prisoner (warrior) and I also have a 100% warrior for quests. He'd have been made into a prisoner if I could, but I didn't have the option, at the time... wish they had an option to turn a mission/helper into a prisoner, as you can do it the other way.

i use horse + eyes and galop through human city, while gold /coins farm on avarage per 5h i get 1 lvl 95+% and mutate to get to 100%

Arent prisoners invincible while they are in prison? I think so. You can not kill prisoner with your attacks either. Plus mutant attacks only the player.

Um, after they mutate they can't kill other prisoners :S

Man I just wish you could control where the dusk callers go. I play on a server with friends and it transports the charmed prisoner to the nearest castle.

I wish there was a way to quickly transport them. My main castle is all the way up in gloomroot, so I can only use the dusk caller around there :(
