The Peninsula Construction Update - October 2022

Just two years ago, this area was a sea of surface parking lots. Now, The Peninsula is looking more like a finished product than a work-in-progress.

Here’s what’s new on The Peninsula:

🚧 Streets will be completed this Fall
🚧 Residential leasing has begun, with the first residents to move in this year
🚧 The office building is complete and welcomes workers daily from Deloitte, Burgess and Niple, and Insight Global
🚧 Junto Hotel is taking shape with construction on schedule to be complete next Spring
🚧 Parking garages are adorned with three spectacular murals.
