I only dealing with a one page pdf but when I load it into adobe I’m not getting the import pdf page. It just automatically loads adobe and I’m unable to edit anything

This works however all the tex becomes outlined running 28.4.1. If I import one page at a time then they are editable. Yes I unchecked the linked box.
