The arguments for an alpha growth in China does not make any sense!

In the past, the China GDP growth was propelled by investment in real estate and infrastructure. This growth model is not sustainable and resulted in massive non-profitable investment. The China real estate market is broken beyond repair.
Still in 2023, the CCP is persisting on the broken investment growth model, instead of adapting to the consumer GDP growth model. A consumer GDP growth model would require structural reform. But structural reforms are not in Xi Jinping agenda.

The provincial governments are broke and are in crisis. They do not have money to pay the government employees, the doctors, the nurses, etc. The CCP 2023 plan is to issue more Local Government Financing Vehicles. Who is buying these LGFV : the state-owned enterprises. This Xi Jinping idea of a circular economy.

China and USA need win-win, not win-lose (eventually lose-lose)!

No No No. No US citizen or US registered company is allowed to invest in any Chinese
stocks as per mandated by the US Administration. Go look elsewhere like the KOSPI,
Nikkei, FTSE or better still the NYSE. Since the US economy is so strong as reported
it will be the best choice of investment.🙏🙏
