Logitech T620 Problem

My favourite mouse, Logitech T620 stopped working. I don’t know the reason, it is not new but I don’t expect to stop working like this. Does anyone have any idea? #logitech

My T620 flashed the LED light like this last time and there was no signal.
I tried to remove all 2 batteries directly without turning off the power switch of the mouse.
Then reinstall the battery after 1 minute
Everything is back to normal
