๐ฏ It's just so good for you! It moves you through almost every range that the ๐ช shoulder can do, internal & external rotation, abduction, extension, flexion, you know it, we got it in this exercise!
๐๏ธ It can help increase mobility, especially for someone with ๐งfrozen shoulder, ๐ข rotator cuff issues, tendonitis and tendinosis in the shoulder.
๐ฏ It'll of course, also help add stability and endurance to your shoulders - if you're doing this slow enough, this should prove to be a tough ๐คธโโ๏ธ๐คธโโ๏ธ exercise.
โผ How many can you do in a row? I think my record is close to about 17 reps - make sure each rep takes about 10 seconds or more! Otherwise you're cheating!
