The beginning of this video is shot live as I awaited a visit from Paco Guasp, the son of the legendary cardiologist Francisco (Paco) Torrent Guasp. Guasp was the discoverer of the myocardial-ventricular band and also the helical (spiral) nature of the heart. The second half of the video is an update for the channel and a recap of the last year.
