that's an amazing piece of optical hardware.

My goodness! Your video is so well-thought-through! It is clear how much work you put into preparing it - well done! I was wondering if the 4MP resolution isn't a bit small? do you feel the price point rewards buyers for the lower resolution? That said - this video was my introduction to smart telescopes.

the seestar s50 does the same thing for $500

$4, 000 isn’t a beginner telescope imo 😂

Kauft euch lieber das Seestar S50! Das liefert das gleiche Ergebnis. Kostet aber deutlich weniger. Hab es selbst im Einsatz.

If the pro, with the eyepiece would be around 2000 id even consider buying it. But 4k... Too much, i think ill try my luck with the S50.

Seriously??? $4K for 4 KG (which you cannot easily move as amateur), 320mm Focal length (not good for planetary), Alt-Az mode, only 5 hours and 64 gb storage. Nothing mentioned about light pollution filters, dew heaters and other features (mosiac mode etc) and knowing Unistellar a slight disturbance is going to cause distortion. Can buy Seestar S50 or Dwarf 3 with 1/8 of the price with almost similar features if not better. I get this is paid promotion, but seriously what are you guys thinking?? Viewing moon I can do better with my canon camera and 400mm lens. If you are an amateur getting into astrophotography stay away from Unistellar.

There are so many better Telescopes out there at thie price point

Why for "beginners"? Because it doesn't require hours of setup and back breaking carrying of equipment? It costs a lot more than an "expert" telescope and will show you more and better than you can ever hope with an optical telescope. Don't confuse easy yo use and simple to set up with beginner.

Why not just look at NASA photos if you’re gonna just look at digital images indoors

There's vastly better options. Unistellar is junk with a high price tag
