Last Showgirl is fantastic and she was perfect. I wouldn’t even watch the Pam & Tommy series when I heard she wasn’t even consulted. That’s gross and exploitative.

The thing about pam and tommy for me is that it really showcased how sex appeal is a double-edged sword. She didnt deserve to be exploited like that and the fact that her career tanked while his was completely untouched is downright shameful. Lust is why we have deepfake issues.

I gotta admitt, i went into the last showgirl expecting to hate it, but i really enjoyed it. Although her character is a bit off, i did believe her performance as an older woman struggling to accept that life moves on.

I dont think Sebastian Stan should be included cause he was just hired to do the job but Rogan helped produce the series. Hell Sebastian probably thought Pam and Tommy would actually appear or have input in the series. They always tell them something for them to star in the series. He could have also asked if they were ok with it and the producers probably lied and said oh yeah we have Pam and Tommy’s blessings already

Her whole career was based on tawdry moments. A lot of you guys weren't around during the heyday of baywatch, or barbed wire, or stripperella, or VIP or her Cameo inside of Borat Or maybe her actually being in the Eminem video making fun of Tommy beating her or For the infamous Playboy shoots. Her whole career has been tawdry moments and after over 30 years of being a sex symbol, she now wants to choose esteemed acting gigs cool good on you, but don't act like you didn't capitalize on your sex appeal or had multiple different book deals or tabloids to do stories on you and Tommy when funds were low.

She should’ve been consulted for the TV series. Still, though she should also probably be low-key thanking the series as that series pushed her name back into the forefront and gave her the opportunities which used to perfection.

Actually really loved the series and felt so much for her after. Somehow kinda feel it's because of the show that her netflix special worked, then her new clean image, and now more serious roles.
