here's a explanation. UI or Ultra Instinct makes you dodge attacks by 'instinct' and makes you're strength, speed, and everything else go HIGH up the charts. it also takes a lot of power to control. and this matched up with SSJ3 which is said to make your power 1000 times or more but right now let's just say it's 1000x power. this would make him dodge attacks while his strength is lets just say a multiversal level.

ultra ego on the other hand is shown in the picture as a god of destruction which means he has taken on beerus's spot as god of destruction. and ultra ego or UE is a GIGANTIC power boost but near impossible to control. combined with SSJ3 would make him stronger than gokus 1000x with i believe a 10000x but as i said it's impossible to control and takes up all your energy.

so now that you know this, who would win? speed+++ or strength+++?
