I remember back in the day. I was playing my panasonic tape player. Makin love was on loud. My dad came up and shut it off. Took out the cassette threw it out. I later fished it out the trash. Good as new. Popped it back in and rocked on. Still have that cassette.

I was never happy with the muddiness of the original mix of "Makin' Love" and this remaster really fixes that. Even the vocal quality is vastly improved. The bass really forces its way forward, as well. Great mix.

My favo Kiss album with the first line up, by far

Things heat up with this song. A zeppelin like guitar intro. However, the song is a bit uneven which messes up the flow. The drumming is a bit quirky, vocals a bit oddly arranged. But it works! Could've been a much better song in terms of arrangement, making more of the cool guitar riff.
