Idk if this will work for everyone but I made sure the main plug was in a wall outlet and also it helps to make sure the console is vertical and also try turning the plug in the Xbox because they can go both ways:)

Just downloaded 2k22 series x/series s digital version and it’s updated and everything . Every time I try to play the game it stalls on the game screen and then goes back to home .

To all the Microsoft people don’t worry Sony did it ten times worse with the ps5 when you put them vs I’d say Xbox holds the crown in gaming the brand new ps5 crashes just in the play room game I don’t what happing with the new gaming consoles it’s really annoying to be expecting some much better but all you get is something worse ...hopefully they fix these problems with the consoles soon because at this point ima just play on my Xbox s lol

Everything keeps disconnecting from mine, like my external hard drive my controller and my Bluetooth headset and it will crash my game and bring me to the home and then just tell me that my external hard drive has been reconnected, I’m gettin fed up
