My S23 Ultra got delivered with damaged back glass. It is interested to see how the repair process is, but may take it in to get done professionally as Amazon wont offer a partial refund for a damaged item, and I really don't want to return it. I could also just live with it since I use Otterbox Defender Pro cases, which hides the damage anyways.

I don’t get it, I heat the phone to 80 degrees, put the suction cup on and the glass doesn’t budge at all. I tried it 100x and nothing happens, not even the slightest gap comes. Any suggestions?? Thank you
